You won’t get a report detailing how many door knobs were missing or blinds that were faulty. But you will get a thorough report confirming as to the soundness and integrity of the building so that you are armed with information to make an intelligent decision re your purchase.
If you are the home owner, we will provide you with a report (either verbal or written as requested) that will enable you to make relevant decisions, such as completing suggested remedial works prior to listing your home or assisting you to make an informed decision as to any foreseeable issues that may affect the sale price.
